Great working with Red Beard Plumbing. They will be my new plumbing company moving forward. Sam was very knowledgeable and he took the time to communicate to me all aspects of the job before accepting it. Sam and Donovan replaced my water heater and cleaned up as if they were never there. We had an emergency after hours. I am fairly new to the area and don’t have any established home repair contacts. I called multiple contractors that I had seen given kudos on our town neighborhood app. Sam was the only one that directly answered his phone. He was so nice and easy to talk to. He came over and stopped the emergency and will be back tomorrow morning with the parts needed. I will add him to my contacts for any future plumbing needs.

Donovan was on time and professional. He went above and beyond to get a difficult to reach leaky pipe replaced. I will definitely be calling Redbeard Plumbing for future projects!

Had another company scheduled to come out for clogged drain and they bailed on us that day and the following day because they said they had a higher priority call. Called redbeard late Monday evening and they were able to come out the next day. Dovanon came out for the call. Dude was super cool and fixed the issue quickly with no problem.
